Annika Maria Riediger AKA Annie Hurdy Gurdy, is a german folk multi-instrumentalist, composer and songwriter, that plays traditional instuments like bagpipes, hurdy gurdy, nyyckelharpa and whistles. Annie entered the music world since she was 3 years old! she learned to play the saxophone, piano, flute, trumpet and many other instruments. Man the patience and dedication that woman must have! she played, recorded with many different bands while also being a solo artist!
On November 1st 2022, Eluveitie welcomed Annie as a permanent band member!
